The Consortium package is my unique offering for those applying to more than one school in the Consortium.
Simply put, the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management is an alliance of top business schools and U.S. corporations seeking to enhance diversity within business schools as well as in the ranks of management. They give out amazing fellowships to incoming MBA students who have a demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity in business. The Consortium application allows you to apply to up to six business schools with one common application. Now that’s what I’m talking about!
I created this package after working with several clients on their Consortium applications. Since the Consortium allows you to use a common application to apply to multiple schools, it’s less work for both of us! This package is designed to accommodate the need for flexibility that many Consortium applicants desire, since they are often applying to a mix of Consortium and non-Consortium schools.

The Consortium Package is $5000 for up to 3 Consortium schools and includes:
- unlimited edits of all written materials for up to three schools in the Consortium of Graduate Study in Management (2 required essays, the optional essay, supplemental essays, resume, letters of recommendation, etc.)
- 3 40-min coaching calls per month where we can discuss anything you want
- help with choosing and ranking your schools (schools see the rankings)
- mock interview session for your Consortium interview
- mock interview session for a school interview
- reduced rate of $400 per school for the Good to Great Package for additional Consortium schools and $750 per school for non-Consortium schools

2. I’m a straight white guy. Can I apply through the Consortium?
Why yes you can! The Consortium welcomes applications from U.S. citizens and permanent residents of any race or ethnicity who demonstrate a commitment to The Consortium’s mission of helping to reduce the serious underrepresentation of African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans in both the member schools’ enrollments and the ranks of management. Don’t count yourself out of the running for the fellowship just because you are worried that you are not “diverse.” If you have worked hard to help promote diversity within business education and management, you should apply!
3. What if I’m applying to 2 schools in the Consortium and 1 or more non-Consortium schools?
No problemo! The Consortium Package covers comprehensive coaching for up to 3 Consortium schools. It’s up to you whether you want to use all 3. You can buy Good to Great editing for your non-Consortium schools (two rounds of edits + a final application review) at a rate of $1200 per school. If you want comprehensive coaching for 1 non-Consortium school, you should buy the Comprehensive coaching package. If you want comprehensive coaching for 2 non-Consortium schools, you should buy the Dream School package in addition to the Consortium package.
Refund & Add-On Policy:
There are no refunds on the Consortium package. The Good to Great package can be purchased for additional Consortium schools at $400 per school any time during the application season. The Good to Great Package can be purchased for additional non-Consortium schools at $1200 per school any time during the application season.
