1. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) will respect the confidentiality of client documents and payment information. I will not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any information you have provided. All information I collect, in writing or voice communications, is used only for the purpose of editing your project. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this TOS, The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) will not disclose any User information without the consent of the User, to third parties, including other applicants, graduate schools admission offices, and test assistance centers. Confidential documents should be marked as such with a stamp or watermark.
2. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) will do everything possible to complete orders within the time specified, at the price agreed, and to a high standard. However, I will not be liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from delays, or unforeseen costs. The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) from any and all liabilities, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, legal fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from the use of the service which damages the client or any other party.
3. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) will not automatically fact or data check. You are responsible for the validity of the statements in your document.
4. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) is not responsible for loss of any documents whether they are stored on disk or are hard copy versions. The Art of Applying strongly recommends that clients provide only copies of their documents for editing.
5. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) may be used only for lawful purposes and may not be used to breach copyright law.
6. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at my sole discretion.
7. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) reserves the right to change or discontinue the document editing services, fee structure, and billing services at any time with or without notice to you. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) shall be in no way liable for any damage which results from my decisions regarding continuing, changing, or discontinuing these services.
8. The client agrees to supply The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) with a current and truthful name, e-mail address, street address, and phone number for my records.
9. The client agrees to supply appropriate, timely payment in U.S. funds for services received. Payment is due in full within the number of days stipulated by The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson).
10. The client agrees that all materials submitted are the original work of the client. Any client whose work is found by The Art of Applying to be plagiarism will be immediately refused continued service and will not receive a refund.
11. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, as she deems necessary. Clients are fully bound by any such changes whenever they contact The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) after such changes have been made.
12. By using and/or ordering any services of The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson), the client is stating and acknowledging that she or he has read the aforementioned terms and conditions and that the client understands such terms and conditions and agrees to be fully bound by them.
13. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) reserves the right to use User essays for educational purposes only provided that no personally identifying information (e.g., name, social security number, place of work, place of education) will be contained in the materials. At any time, Users may request in writing that The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) not use their materials as specified above. Upon receipt of such notice, The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) will cease using such materials.
14. The site does not use cookies. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) will not provide or sell email or street addresses to any third parties except as necessary to provide the services requested by the User. Use of the Internet and the site is solely at your own risk and subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations, and although The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) has taken steps to create a secure and reliable site, the confidentiality of any communications or materials transmitted through the site cannot be guaranteed. In no event will The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson), or any of its managers, members, officers, employees, agents, or representatives be held liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of employment, loss of income or data, loss of or damage to property, and claims of customers or third parties arising from any customer’s rejection from any graduate or professional program or employment opportunity of any kind.
Users and customers submit essays, resumes and other materials and information at your own risk. Further, Users agree to hold The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) harmless from any academic, administrative, criminal, or civil proceedings.
If a User or customer is rejected by a graduate school or professional program, the customer has no legal recourse against The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) even if The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) was advised of the possibility of such damages.
17. The User agrees to indemnify and hold The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson), and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, managers, members, officers, employees, agents and other representatives harmless from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out User’s use of The Art of Applying services, User’s use of this site, User’s violation of the TOS, or User’s violation of any rights of a third party.
18. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) will not refund the purchase price of any service under any circumstance.
19. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) may change this TOS from time to time at its sole discretion. The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) also reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, its services with or without notice to the User. The User agrees that The Art of Applying (Kaneisha Grayson) shall not be liable to User or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of its services.
