
Ayda is a management consultant with a global firm based in New York. She received her Master of Business Administration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University in 2020, where she was a Consortium Fellow and student liaison. During business school, she studied abroad in London, UK and Sydney, Australia, as well as led international cultural treks through the Association of Hispanic and Black Business Students. She held internships with a major consulting firm in San Francisco and a retail ecommerce startup. As a business student, Ayda was a teaching fellow for Leadership in Organizations, and designed programming for recent alumni to develop managerial and interpersonal skills.
Prior to business school, Ayda worked in human resources, recruiting and managing both undergraduate and graduate hires. She has expertise in resume writing, career planning, interviewing, job searching, and networking. She has designed and implemented rotational programs for undergraduates, JD’s, and MBA’s, and coaches candidates on how to best position for jobs post-graduation. She gives back to her community with career mentorship for at-risk and special needs youth.
Ayda received her Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in 2013. While there, she studied abroad in India, attended the Tuck School of Business summer bridge program, served as a Dean’s Office Student Consultant, and chaired the Special Programming and Events Committee.
Ayda enjoys fostering dogs, gardening, discovering contemporary artists at gallery shows, and listening to non-fiction audiobooks.
