Limited Cancellation Policy.​

Limited Cancellation Policy. The Art of Applying has a limited cancellation policy for the first fourteen (14) days of the Program to Clients who have acted in good faith to utilize the program but do not think they are a good match for the program or are otherwise unsatisfied. The client must fully utilize the program up until the moment of cancellation, as demonstrated by taking the specific action items listed below.

Have you encountered any issues, questions, or concerns about the program and how it works? If so, did you reach out to the Company in writing via email or through your Client portal as outlined in the agreement?

Did you encounter any difficulties understanding or using Basecamp, Google Drive, Zoom, or any other technology or software involved in the program? If so, did you book and attend a one-on-one tech support call?

If you decide to cancel during the Cancellation Policy period, you will receive a refund minus any nonrefundable deposit paid ($1000 USD if a nonrefundable deposit was paid) and minus a $2,000 USD administrative fee.
