
Lulio is an MBA graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, where he was a Consortium Fellow, earning a full-tuition scholarship, as well as a member of Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT). While at Ross, Lulio served as a peer coach to students recruiting for roles in consulting and technology. Lulio is also an MPP graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a Public Policy & International Affairs scholar.
Hailing originally from Puerto Rico, Lulio moved to the U.S. mainland to pursue university studies, graduating magna cum laude from Florida State University. While a student at Florida State, Lulio was selected for a policy analysis fellowship at The Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, and interned at the U.S. Department of State and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Following his undergraduate studies, Lulio was selected as a U.S. Fulbright Program scholar to Spain.
Currently, Lulio is a customer success manager at DocuSign. His work focuses on ensuring that large public sector agencies are able to successfully transform how they prepare, sign, act-on, and manage agreements using DocuSign’s cloud-based products and services. Earlier in his career, Lulio worked as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he advised the firm’s leadership on key market strategy and scenario planning initiatives, and as a researcher at CEB (acquired by Gartner), developing recommendations on management best-practices for executives in the public sector.
