
Rabiya has both private and public sector experience. Most recently, she was a Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group in Dubai, where she specialized in strategy and reform for governments in the Middle East. She obtained a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she was awarded the Lamont Fellowship covering full tuition. Prior to her MPA, she worked for L’Oréal Middle East in financial controlling and in corporate social responsibility. Rabiya is proactive at identifying and bridging gaps – she started the CSR function at L’Oréal Middle East and co-founded a city-wide mentoring initiative for women. Rabiya also has a BBA and Master in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed CPA. She is a trilingual Pakistani-Swiss who has lived across three continents.
