Is there a payment plan?
Yes! You can purchase the 20-hour package as 2 monthly payments of $3600 or the 40-hour package as 2 monthly payments of $6100.
Even if you do not use all of your purchased hours, you are responsible for making your full payment.

Is there a limit on the number of schools or scholarship applications I can get help on?
There is no limit! Apply to as many schools or scholarships as you want with our help. You are only limited by the number of hours you purchase and how you use those hours.
Can I use prorated hours for Hourly Coaching?
Yes! You can have a coaching call as short as 30 minutes. However, remember that the time that the consultant uses to prepare for your call is also counted in your Hourly Coaching tracker.
Will my consultant tell me how much time it will take before they start on a task?
Before starting on a task, your consultant will give you an estimate of how much time they anticipate the task taking. However, it is possible that it may take less time or more time than estimated.
What happens after I purchase Hourly Coaching?
Our team will create a client folder for you in Google Drive where you will keep all of your application materials that you work on with us.
We will also create a private client portal for you. Our client portal has a desktop, mobile, and browser app, so you can access it 24/7. You can also set your notifications to give you a daily summary email of everything that has happened in your portal or set your notifications to be notified of everything that happens in your portal, or set it to get no notifications unless you are logged in to your portal. Your portal login will use Google Single Sign-On, so it’s the same login you use to access gmail. Nice and convenient!
Within 1 business day of your purchase (Monday – Thursday), you will receive an email with a link to your client folder, your client portal, and the name of your assigned consultant. Inside of your portal, you will have a welcome message from your consultant, and the two of you will start your engagement.
How do I know how many hours I have left in my package?
You will have an Hourly Coaching tracker in your private client folder where your consultant will track everything you two do together so that you know how many hours have been used and on what, and how many hours you have left.
Can I choose the consultant that I work with?
Yes! As long as your consultant is available to work with you, you can choose your consultant. We’re also happy to pair you with a consultant based on who we think is the best fit. Most clients trust us to pair them with the best fit consultant.

Can I work with multiple consultants?
You are welcome to work with multiple consultants throughout your application process. However, we recommend working with one dedicated consultant throughout your application process so that you don’t waste too many of your hours on getting a new person up to speed on your profile and background.
Can I switch to a different consultant?
Yes, if you would like to switch to a different consultant, you can do that. We’d love your feedback on why you want to switch, and just know we use the feedback to improve; nobody will be in trouble if you switch from one consultant to another.
If I purchase a smaller Hourly Coaching package and then realize I need more hours, can I get the bulk purchase rate?
In order to get the bulk purchase rate for purchasing a larger number of hours, you need to purchase the Hourly Coaching package hours at the same time.
For example, if you want the 40-hour Hourly Coaching rate, you need to purchase the 40-hour package. You can’t purchase 20 hours and then later purchase 20 more hours and receive the 40 total hours at the 40-hour rate.
What if I don’t need as many hours as the packages above are offering?
We don’t offer smaller Hourly Coaching packages than our 20-hour coaching package, because we focus our team’s efforts on working with applicants who want to have an in-depth, hands-on coaching relationship with our small, expert team.
We invest heavily in training our team, checking in on our clients, and making sure our services are as high quality as possible. In order to do that efficiently, we must focus our time and effort on applicants who are invested in working with us as long-term partners during their application process rather than looking for a quick “in and out” type engagement.
You are welcome to purchase the 20-hour package and use as many of the hours as you need. Just know that we do not provide partial or full refunds.
What if I purchase more hours than I need? What if I don’t use all my hours?
We do not provide full refunds nor do we provide partial refunds on unused Hourly Coaching hours. Only purchase what you anticipate you will need to use during your application process.
We don’t allow applicants to transfer unused Hourly Coaching hours to other people as we onboard and have an intake process for each individual client with whom we work.
How long do I have to use my Hourly Coaching hours?
All purchased Hourly Coaching hours must be used by May 1, 2021.
