Jelece received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where she focused her studies on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She was a member of the MLT MBA Prep Program, MLT Professional Development Program, and Jumpstart. At Wharton, Jelece was one of 40 Leadership Fellows selected to mentor the next class in leadership and communication. She also served as an Admissions Fellow, Communication Fellow, Welcome Committee Member, and Dance Studio Choreographer. During business school, Jelece explored a number of countries by participating in a Global Modular Course in Argentina, Global Immersion Program in India, and Leadership Venture in Chile.
Prior to attending business school, Jelece was a Public Sector Technology Consultant at IBM, where she primarily supported federal healthcare agencies with application development, analytic capabilities, and operational improvements.
Currently, Jelece is an Associate at Kearney, a global management consultancy, where she works with large scale organizations on strategy, process improvement, and operations projects. She also serves as a Career Coach with Modern Guild. Jelece’s personal mission in life is to help millennials achieve their professional potential.
Jelece is also the Co-Founder and CFO of BoCa Flavor, a seasoning company that livens up your kitchen through a fusion of bold Caribbean flavors. Jelece is a Jamaican-American originally from New York. In her spare time, Jelece enjoys traveling and enjoying the outdoors, supporting BIPOC Millenials in wealth-building activities, and eating food, especially avocados, from around the world.
