Catherine’s journey is shaped by a diverse background in education, writing, and the arts, all driven by her passion for learning, and helping others grow.
After graduating from a special high school for the arts as a creative writing major,
and continuing to pursue a Bachelor of Secondary Education in English, she honed
her skills through freelance tutoring and commissioned writing. Her time as a volunteer of the local youth commission, and a visiting specialist for the art school she attended has strengthened her dedication to community engagement and support. These experiences reflect her dedication to fostering an environment where creativity, learning, and collaboration thrive.
Striving to be a warm and approachable presence, Catherine creates a space where everyone feels at ease and encouraged. She aims to bring positivity, promote collaboration, and make a space where people feel valued and inspired.
When she’s off the clock, Catherine loves visiting parks, where she spends time sitting on benches near lakes, people-watching. She also enjoys performing as an independent artist at open mics and private events. Her passion for writing and music is seamlessly intertwined, fueling her creativity in everything she does.
