Dami holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She was a student consultant in the Kellogg Impact Consulting club, where she executed growth strategy projects with Chicago-based nonprofit organizations. She also participated in experiential, global immersion programs in Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, and Chile, and completed a semester abroad, focusing on International Finance, at the London Business School.
Before pursuing her MBA, Dami earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University, which led her into a career as a Project Controls Engineer at ExxonMobil, where she planned and executed a portfolio of multi-billion-dollar offshore drilling projects in Nigeria. She has over 13 years of work experience, in North America, Asia, and Africa and across multiple industries and functions.
Dami currently works in FinTech, focusing on Business Transformation Strategy and Change Management and outside of work, she dedicates her time to exploring new activities and countries (she is learning how to dance salsa, has lived in 5 countries and has visited 55 others so far).
