Karlotta was accepted into Harvard Kennedy School in 2023 with a full scholarship and is a 2024 Ecological Security Fellow at the Council on Strategic Risks. At her university, she founded the Committee for Equality, co-founded the Interest Group Security Policy, and served as a Parliamentarian of the Student Council.
Karlotta is an accomplished officer in the German Armed Forces, holding a degree in psychology with a focus on leadership, human resources, and social psychology from the German Armed Forces University in Hamburg. She is currently pursuing a master’s in civil-military interaction and has served both NATO and the EU at the multinational EUROCORPS, where she was awarded a Letter of Commendation for her “outstanding dedication and professionalism.” In 2020, she received the Cross of Honor of the German Armed Forces for exceptional service.
Outside of work, Karlotta manages social media for Women in International Security Germany and Generation Restoration e.V., which transforms refugee camps into regenerative communities. Her career reflects her dedication and passion for leadership and public service.
Coming from a non-academic family, Karlotta deeply believes in the potential of every individual and the power of their unique stories. She has voluntarily coached many applicants, helping them gain admission to their dream schools and scholarship programs. Fluent in German, English, and French, Karlotta brings a personalized and strategic approach to each client, ensuring their distinct narratives are highlighted and celebrated throughout the application process.
