Simone earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, her MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), and her BA from Smith College. At Tuck, she was awarded a full scholarship through the Consortium and focused on Fintech innovation within the General Management track. At HKS, she received the Presidential Fellowship full scholarship. Simone is an alumna of Consortium, MLT, and Forte. Her educational and professional experiences help her clients align professional interests with personal satisfaction, ensuring success.
During business school, Simone served as the Co-Chair of the Black Students at Tuck (BSAT) Association, organizing cultural events for the Tuck community. At HKS, she was the Finance Chair for the Black Student Union and managed financial operations for the Black Policy Conference.
Before pursuing her MBA, Simone was a Junior Economist in the federal government and worked in the telecommunications industry. Her MBA/MPA education with her passion for storytelling, facilitated her transition to the private sector. She currently operates at the intersection of product, innovation, and social impact. Simone has worked with international and domestic start-ups, including as a consultant for Bloom Impact, a microfinance start-up in Ghana. She is now the Head of Partnerships and Collaboration for Pave, an AI/ML start-up helping professionals with career exploration, and leads product management and innovation at Vanguard; she enjoys helping clients achieve their investment goals.
Simone also serves on the Executive Committee for the Board of Directors of Row New York, assisting with fundraising, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
