For her graduate studies, Victoria completed a dual degree program called Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Through LGO, she earned a Master of Science in Engineering Systems and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
Her joint thesis combined research and her internship experience at one of the big three US automotive companies to inform and improve project management of large, distributed teams. During LGO, she visited China, Japan, Mexico, and Iceland and, post-graduation, has worked with a global Fortune 500 company and team members around the world.
While in LGO, Victoria was a member of the MIT Sloan Operations Club and LGO’s intramural ice hockey team and the principal blogger for the LGO New Student Recruiting Committee. Accelerateddegree.com and ecollegefinder.org both recognized her work for exceptional student blogging.
In addition to her MS and MBA, Victoria holds a bachelors in Architecture from MIT. She is a member of Mensa (received a scholarship from the Mensa Foundation for graduate school), and has been volunteering for the MIT Admissions Office the last few years, conducting in-person interviews of local undergraduate applicants.
Victoria has lived in multiple states in the eastern US and currently resides in the Tampa Bay area in Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys live local music performances, playing in pinball tournaments (she’s ranked in the top 10% in the world), and knitting if it’s not too hot.
