**Payment holds a place in the Company’s schedule to provide these services in lieu of taking other clients, and are therefore fees are only cancelable according to the above schedule and policies. Due to the seasonal aspect of this work, Company is only able to take on a fixed number of clients each application season. As such, upon signing this agreement, Client is responsible for the full payment except as stated above, even if Client has opted for a payment plan, elects to not continue Client’s applications, decides to cancel or no-show for appointments, or elects to otherwise no longer use Company’s services. Please review the program fully and understand that in accepting the terms of this Agreement, you are solely responsible for your results.
