  5. Take the Crystallizer Assessment (free). (You will need to upload your results in the application form below.
  6. Listen to the interview between me and my Executive Assistant.
  7. Get ready to join an amazing team!

    • This position is paid on an hourly basis based on the hours you work. Your work hours per week could range from about 10 – 25 hours. There is a possibility for this position to turn into a full-time position over time.
    • We need someone available for 4 consecutive hours each day Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm Central Time. Let us know your availability, and which 4 consecutive hours would work best for you.
    • This position pays $8.15 per hour with annual raises based on tenure, performance, and cost of living adjustments. We are recruiting for this position primarily in the Caribbean, Central America, and South America to align with U.S. work hours.
